Make a fresh PDF of the pages you need to retry

00–08
Keep the unmarked PDF and your solutions. Select the pages to retry, including any shared passages you need.

08–16
In MyScript Notes, use the PDF page thumbnail menu: … → Manage pages → select pages → Export.

16–24
Keep annotations in the solution archive and exclude them in the retry copy. Writing embedded in the original is not removed.

24–32
Reopen the new file to check questions, figures and order. Import it into MyScript Notes and solve it again with your pen.

Excluding annotations affects annotations added in MyScript Notes. It does not remove answers or handwriting already embedded in the original PDF or photo, or flattened earlier. Use the unmarked original in that case.

Checked against official documentation and Quiz Notebook PDF-saving code on 2026-10-04. File transfer and another solving session on a MyScript Notes device have not been tested. Menus may vary by device and version.
