11 chapters · 62 practical exercises by skill

Based on the iOS 1.0.1 Build 8 preserved source, it explains touch input, photo OCR, image hiding, and backup. This is not the final version where all phone functions are checked again on the actual device. It is not a separate guide that applies the print and test room features of the iPad or desktop versions as they are.

01 · Getting Started on iPhone

Open PDF

Scope of this mobile phone manual

Objectives

Create and review your materials tailored to the small screen and touch input on your phone.

Follow along

  1. Find Home, Create, My Set, and Settings.
  2. At first, create and save three questions and come up with answers.
  3. For difficult image hiding and backups, find the necessary chapters in the table of contents and follow them.
  4. Printing, desktop test rooms, and external engine installation are confirmed in the desktop manual.

Examples of trying it yourself

Create materials → press the screen to study → review incorrect cards → back up JSON.

Completion Confirmation

It distinguishes between mobile apps and dedicated desktop/tablet versions.

Things to know

This book is a draft review comparing mobile preservation sources. We checked iOS 1.0.1 Build 8 source and Android preservation assets, but this is not the final version retested on all mobile devices.

If blocked

If the app screen differs, check the operating system, app version, and current screen together.

Install iPhone apps and check who you want to purchase

Objectives

Select the exact app from the official store on your device.

Follow along

  1. Check the Quiz Notebook product name and developer description in the App Store.
  2. Distinguish between Wrongnote Makerand Quiz Notebook Desktop.
  3. Check supported operating systems and the final price displayed before payment.
  4. After installation, tap the app icon on the home screen to launch it.
  5. Distinguish between the basic purchase of the app and the separately sold learning decks within the app.

Examples of trying it yourself

https://apps.apple.com/kr/app/quiz-notebook/id6806233958

Completion Confirmation

Check installation, app launch, and set save separately.

Things to know

We do not assume that the Windows 7-Day Trial or Mac Subscription applies to this app as well. The terms displayed in each store are the standard.

If blocked

Make sure your purchase is recorded in another store account, but do not send your password or verification code to the support request.

Open PDF

Distinguishing between mobile and desktop materials

Objectives

We understand the differences in support between platforms and only transfer the materials we need.

Follow along

  1. Start with your personal card and a set of images you create yourself.
  2. Back up your current phone data before moving to another device.
  3. Check the backup formats and versions supported by the target app.
  4. First, test with a small set of individuals, checking questions, photos, and hidden areas.

Examples of trying it yourself

Individual questions with three questions and one small image for the exam.

Completion Confirmation

Not only will you receive a successful restoration notice, but you will also check the actual card details.

Things to know

Backup files do not create other platform licenses for paid decks. Additional features are not the same across all platforms.

If blocked

On mobile phones, you don't follow the desktop printer settings or file paths as is.

02 · Getting Started

Open PDF

Browse Home, Create, My Set, and Settings

Objectives

Learn where to start work and where to reopen saved materials.

Follow along

  1. At home, you find the starting point for tasks you want, such as making sets or hiding images.
  2. In Create, enter the title and content and perform a pre-save check.
  3. In My Set, open the saved material and select the learning method or card editing feature.
  4. In Settings, you can check device-specific settings such as screen mode, data backup, and help requests.
  5. Before moving to another screen during work, make sure your edits need to be saved.

Examples of trying it yourself

To 'edit material created yesterday,' find the existing title in your set before the screen for creating a new set.

Completion Confirmation

Open the material with the same title again to check if the number of questions matches the content. Just because the title is the same doesn't mean it's the same set.

Things to know

Viewing introductory text on a homepage and opening your materials in an app are different. Personal materials are basically stored in the app on your device.

If blocked

When you get lost on the screen, save your edits while in progress, then return to home and select the menu that fits your purpose.

Open PDF

Choosing Screen Language and OCR Language

Objectives

Select the language for the menu and the language to read the text in the photo appropriately.

Follow along

  1. Open the language selection button at the top and choose the screen language you're familiar with.
  2. Home, Create, and Make sure the main menu in My Set is easy to read.
  3. When reading text in photos, select the main language of the material separately.
  4. When listening to foreign language pronunciation, check your phone's voice and language support as well as the media volume.
  5. If you see an untranslated secondary screen, record the screen name and app version to inquire.

Examples of trying it yourself

You can read images of English words while writing Korean menus. At this time, the screen language is distinguished as Korean, and OCR language as English.

Completion Confirmation

Check whether the questions and answers on your card have been randomly translated or altered even when changing the menu language.

Things to know

Screen languages, OCR-supported languages, reading voices, and manual translation languages are different ranges.

If blocked

Multilingual guidance explains the same functionality, but some extension screen buttons may remain in Korean or English.

Open PDF

Understanding the extent of where your materials are stored

Objectives

Distinguish between default device storage, backup files, selected sync, and AI requests.

Follow along

  1. Personal cards and photos are stored on the devices you use by default.
  2. Backing up export is the process of making a copy at the location I have chosen.
  3. Learning record linking deals with records and differs from the function of transferring the entire original card text.
  4. My Data Sync is a feature that requires separate login, data selection, and transfer confirmation.
  5. An AI request is a separate task that forwards the sentence you confirm as sent to the provider you select.

Examples of trying it yourself

Saving image obscuring materials does not automatically mean it will be exposed to others or delivered to another phone.

Completion Confirmation

If you transfer the materials to another device, you can directly open the required items on the receiving device, including the title, cards, photos, and study locations.

Things to know

'Local Default' does not mean that all optional features do not use the network at all. When you turn on synchronization or AI, you read the transmission range that guides you.

If blocked

Materials containing personal information are only covered to the extent necessary, and backup files are kept at the same level as the original learning materials.

Open PDF

First memorization: Complete three questions

Objectives

Learn the basic controls with small exercises that succeed once from start to finish.

Follow along

  1. Open Set Making in the Home and title it as 'Practice_Desk Items'.
  2. Write one line each of the question and the answer. Each line consists of a question, a delimiter, and a correct answer.
  3. Click Save Set and read the blank and duplicate instructions during the pre-save check.
  4. After applying and saving the inspection results, reopen the file you just created in My Set.
  5. Select the flashcard, come up with the answer, then flip it over. Move to the end and finish.

Examples of trying it yourself

Desk | desk\nChair | chair\nNotebook | notebook

Completion Confirmation

Check whether there are three questions, whether the back of the desk is desk, and whether the content remains when reopening the set.

Things to know

The guide examples are practice materials created directly in this book. Instead of putting in large quantities of actual exam study materials, you first learn the format.

If blocked

If three items are not properly saved, first check whether each line contains one question and whether there is a |.

Open PDF

Criteria for preparing learning materials

Objectives

To create a long-lasting learning repository, the roles of originals and cards are separated.

Follow along

  1. Write down the names and copies of the textbooks, notebooks, and images you will use.
  2. Decide whether to memorize entire long sentences, check terms and definitions, or remember locations.
  3. Reduce the content to be checked on a single card into one thing. Separate questions that ask multiple answers at once.
  4. When supplementing the materials, they record which parts of the original were based on.
  5. Materials distributed or written together for exams must be verified whether you have written them or have permission to use them.

Examples of trying it yourself

You can prepare by dividing terminology into question and answer cards, order memorization with blank sentences, and map locations with image covering.

Completion Confirmation

You should be able to go back to the original to check what each card asks and why the answer is correct.

Things to know

The fact that the app passed the format check does not mean it has been factual or copyright checked.

If blocked

It's best to distinguish between personal study materials and materials to share with others, starting with folder and file names.

03 · Creating Questions, Correct Answers, and Incorrect Answers

Open PDF

Choosing an easy-to-understand set title

Objectives

Even if there is a lot of material, choose titles so that you can distinguish between subjects, units, and writing dates.

Follow along

  1. In Creating a Set, first enter the title.
  2. Before the title, the subject or purpose of use is included, and after that, the scope and date or edition are included.
  3. If the original changes, leave a discrepancy in the title or separate maintenance records.
  4. After saving, check if the key is visible in your set list without any clippings.

Examples of trying it yourself

Reveals the purpose for courses like 'English_Desk_Objects_Basics_20261002', 'Biology_Cell_Structure_Picture_Review', and 'Law_Core_Concepts_Lecture 3'.

Completion Confirmation

It would be great if me, a week later, could recognize the scope just by looking at the title, not someone else.

Things to know

Do not include unnecessary personal information such as the student's contact information or resident registration number in the title. Simply changing the title does not alter the card details or purchase rights.

If blocked

If you create multiple similar titles, check the number of questions and the main question together to select the editing target.

Open PDF

Enter one question and one answer per line

Objectives

Learn the simplest and most reliable text input formats.

Follow along

  1. Each line in the question and answer input box is used as one question.
  2. Write down the question, enter the |, and then write the correct answer.
  3. For the next question, create a new line with Enter and enter it.
  4. Before clicking save set, read to see if both the questions and answers are included.
  5. After saving, check that the front and back are in the intended order.

Examples of trying it yourself

Number of sides of a triangle | 3\n1 Hours? How many minutes | 60\nChemical formula of water | H2O

Completion Confirmation

Make sure the questions don't include the correct answers and that you don't ask too many questions at once.

Things to know

| is a symbol that divides input. If the same symbol is needed for the question or answer itself, organize it into another expression that maintains the meaning and save it for the test.

If blocked

If the pasted document has a lot of automatic line breaks, check if a single question is cut into multiple lines.

Open PDF

Writing short and clear answers

Objectives

It is easy to review and produces clear answers even in input-based grading.

Follow along

  1. Define the range of answers the question requires. Clearly state what the name, number, or definition is.
  2. Write your answers with the necessary key expressions.
  3. If units are important, specify them in the question or consistently include them in the answer.
  4. Don't expect multiple similar expressions to be automatically correct—try entering them yourself.
  5. Distinguish the long explanation from the short answer and supplement it with your original notes.

Examples of trying it yourself

'How many minutes is one hour?' The correct answer for 'numbers only' is '60'. To demand '60 minutes', set the criteria for questions and answers.

Completion Confirmation

Check if someone else can write the same kind of answer when reading the question.

Things to know

The open-ended feature compares registered answers with inputs. Don't think of it as a way to understand and score all synonyms and long descriptions.

If blocked

Answers that are often not processed as correct are compared side by side with the original, whether due to typos or differences in expression.

Open PDF

Directly designating the wrong multiple-choice answer

Objectives

In fact, you can put confusing concepts as wrong answers to create meaningful multiple-choice exercises.

Follow along

  1. After a single question and answer, write out the wrong answers with |.
  2. Leave the correct answer in the first answer box and only the wrong answer after that.
  3. Specifying three wrong answers directly reduces the need to supplement choices within the same set.
  4. After saving, open the multiple-choice questions to check whether the actual answer is intended to be true.
  5. The position of the answer may change during study, so answer by looking at the content rather than the position.

Examples of trying it yourself

Notebook | notebook | desk | chair | lamp

Completion Confirmation

Check whether only the notebook answers correctly and that the desk, chair, and lamp do not overlap with each other.

Things to know

If you give fewer wrong answers, you can supplement your answer with different answers from the same set. Check the actual question to make sure there are no words from completely different categories.

If blocked

Replace controversial wrong answers with more definitive expressions. The key to a well-crafted answer is a clear distinction over difficulty.

Open PDF

Distinguishing between good and bad wrong answers

Objectives

Create a problem comparing concepts rather than guessing the correct answer.

Follow along

  1. Choose an incorrect answer in the same category as the correct answer. If you ask about a country, write it in the same format for other countries.
  2. Guess the expressions so that you can't guess the answer just by looking at the length or sentence shape.
  3. Correct answers based on the question conditions are removed.
  4. Do not include other names or translations of the correct answer as incorrect answers.
  5. Let's explain why each wrong answer is wrong on the actual multiple-choice screen.

Examples of trying it yourself

Using H2O, CO2, O2, and NaCl in the 'chemical formula for water' is a comparison between the formulas. Completely different categories like 'chair' serve as clues.

Completion Confirmation

You should be able to briefly explain the reasons for each correct and incorrect answer.

Things to know

Unnecessarily ambiguous answers can hinder learning. The app's automatic checks do not verify the academic validity of wrong answers.

If blocked

Don't just look at the result of a single test; refine your answer by examining which concepts the student got wrong was confused.

Open PDF

Correcting when there are too few or duplicate choices

Objectives

Identify the reasons why four multiple-choice questions are not answered.

Follow along

  1. Read back the correct answer and the incorrect answer you entered yourself.
  2. Check if there are both correct and incorrect answers.
  3. If there are not enough wrong answers, check if there are enough other correct answers for the same set.
  4. If necessary, the questions are reorganized using the original text where you entered three different wrong answers.
  5. Reopen the multiple-choice test to check if the number and content of the choices have changed.

Examples of trying it yourself

'Notebook | notebook | notebook | desk | 'desk' is not a different answer from four different people. Removing duplication can give you options.

Completion Confirmation

Don't just count the number of options shown on the screen; check if there is exactly one correct answer among them.

Things to know

Not every set automatically becomes a correct four-choice choice. The fewer the practice set, the more helpful the incorrect answers you assign yourself.

If blocked

If you keep the data before revisions and change each item one by one, it's easy to find where the duplicates may have occurred.

Open PDF

Automatic check reading before saving

Objectives

Before saving, check format, blanks, and duplicate information to reduce input errors.

Follow along

  1. After entering it, click Save Set.
  2. Before saving, the automatic check reads the number of items that can be saved and the items to be fixed.
  3. If there are missing questions or correct answers, go back and revisit the input screen with corrections.
  4. After revisions, review again and check if the number of items matches your expectations.
  5. Once the verification is complete, the inspection results are applied and saved.

Examples of trying it yourself

If you paste ten lines and only nine items can be saved, first check blank correct answers, incorrect categories, and duplicate instructions.

Completion Confirmation

Compare the number of items checked on the checklist screen with the number of items saved in your set.

Things to know

This function is a local-format check. It does not count as checking the latest laws, medical knowledge, or facts up to noon.

If blocked

Even if the automatic check passes, get into the habit of reading the questions and answers on the first, middle, and last cards directly.

Open PDF

Creating Blanks in Sentences

Objectives

Leave the context unsaid, creating questions that remind you of key terms or expressions.

Follow along

  1. Select Fill in the blank in the Create option.
  2. Paste sentences or short paragraphs to practice.
  3. Tap Word Selection to identify candidates to cover.
  4. Choose the words you want to memorize yourself. Even if there are recommendations, judge if they fit your purpose.
  5. After saving the blank set, you can check the sentences and answers on the actual learning screen.

Examples of trying it yourself

In 'Water is made of hydrogen and oxygen,' we cover out 'hydrogen' or 'oxygen' and use the remaining context to come up with the answer.

Completion Confirmation

Check whether the blanks are too long to make the sentence hard to understand, or that the investigation is too easy to obscure.

Things to know

Creating lots of blanks isn't always effective. Decide on a concept to check at once and choose one that makes sense.

If blocked

When creating different blanks in the same sentence, leave in the title or original record what concepts you want to distinguish.

Open PDF

Refining the context of blank questions

Objectives

Reduce the habit of answering with location as soon as you see a sentence and confirm the concept.

Follow along

  1. Read only the parts that are not covered on the learning screen first.
  2. I wonder if it's possible to have multiple blank answers.
  3. If the original sentence is unclear, clarify the conditions or scope.
  4. Long paragraphs are divided into units of meaning and start with small sets of exercises.
  5. After confirming the answer, read the completed sentence aloud or mentally again.

Examples of trying it yourself

Rather than 'The capital is ____.' clarifies the range of correct answers, 'The capital of France is ____.'

Completion Confirmation

Even someone reading a sentence for the first time should be able to understand the intent of the question and be able to explain the rationale for the answer.

Things to know

If you memorize answers based only on blank length, sentence order, or repeated exposure, it is distinguished from understanding actual concepts.

If blocked

By creating separate cards that confirm the same concept in different contexts, you can check whether you rely solely on representation.

Open PDF

Final check of the set you entered

Objectives

Distinguish between the completion of the preparation and the judgment that the material has become usable.

Follow along

  1. Open a new data in My Set and check the title and number of questions.
  2. Read all questions and answers and compare them with the originals.
  3. If multiple choice is needed, the correct answer you specified yourself and the actual answer is reviewed.
  4. After learning to the end, check the result screen and the replay action.
  5. Correct incorrect questions, create backups, and use them for full-scale study.

Examples of trying it yourself

If you record '20 entries / 20 original comparisons / 20 multiple-choice confirmations / 2 corrections,' the progress is clear.

Completion Confirmation

You can see all expected questions and once the correct answers and choices are displayed, the basic check for that set is complete.

Things to know

The quality of the set confirmed this time does not be magnified by the accuracy of other sets or devices.

If blocked

When updating materials to new editions, do not delete existing materials immediately; keep them so you can compare the scope of revisions.

04 · Starting with files and photos

Open PDF

Importing TXT files

Objectives

Create sets of Q&A prepared in the notepad without retyping.

Follow along

  1. In Create, tap Import File and select TXT on your phone's file selection screen.
  2. Open the app's File Import section and select the TXT file.
  3. Check whether the read content is included in the question and answer input fields.
  4. If the Korean or special characters are corrupted, check the save encoding of the original file and try again with a UTF-8 copy.
  5. Set the title and check before saving before saving.

Examples of trying it yourself

In the notepad file, write 'desk | desk' and 'chair | chair' in two lines and test it first.

Completion Confirmation

The first and last lines must be complete, and the number of questions must match the original.

Things to know

Don't assume that the final set is saved the moment you select a file. Checking the imported content and saving the set are separate steps.

If blocked

If you separate the 'original' and 'import' copies without overwriting the original, it's easier to reverse conversion mistakes.

Open PDF

CSV· Importing TSV files

Objectives

Safely bring in questions and answers organized in tables.

Follow along

  1. Check the position of the question and answer columns in the original table.
  2. First, create a CSV or TSV copy that includes only two or three lines.
  3. After reading the file import, check if the columns are divided correctly.
  4. If the answer contains commas, tabs, or line breaks, we specifically check whether quotation marks and line separation are maintained.
  5. Once a small file fits, import the entire file and check before saving.

Examples of trying it yourself

Starting with two columns of data in the form of a 'TAB]desk' divided by tabs makes it easy to check the column classification.

Completion Confirmation

Check whether a question is in the answer box or if an answer is not cut into multiple columns.

Things to know

A comma in a CSV can be both content and a separator. For complex cells, export them from the table program to a normal CSV before use.

If blocked

Tables with serial number or description columns are organized around the two necessary columns after reviewing the import results.

Open PDF

Preparing and Importing Excel Files

Objectives

Check the first sheet and column structure of the XLSX material and transfer it to the card.

Follow along

  1. Create and import copies of the original workbook.
  2. Check that the first sheet clearly organizes the questions and answers.
  3. Check how the header line, merge cell, blank row, and calculation results appear in the actual content.
  4. Select XLSX for file import and check the read questions and answers.
  5. Compare the number of questions and save the set.

Examples of trying it yourself

Prepare three rows with questions in column A and correct answers in column B. Do not include the entire management table from the start, which contains many colors, mergings, and formulas.

Completion Confirmation

Check whether the values displayed in Excel match those in the app, especially whether the numbers, dates, or the zeros before them have changed.

Things to know

This is not an import function that reproduces all sheets and table decorations exactly. The original Excel file is kept separately.

If blocked

Decisions are made based on the actual content of the first sheet and the import results rather than the selected file name.

Open PDF

Splitting and bringing in long materials

Objectives

When problems arise, the data is divided into units that make it easier to identify the cause.

Follow along

  1. Divide materials according to meaningful criteria, such as units, topics, and original pages.
  2. Take a small amount of the first batch and check the format and answer direction.
  3. Apply the format you confirm is correct to the rest of the group as well.
  4. Assign a title that shows the scope of each group and record the number of questions.
  5. Compare the total number with the number of bundles to check for omissions and duplicates.

Examples of trying it yourself

For 300 terms, manage them by chapter in the original. This is an example of recommended work units and does not mean the app's limit on the number of questions.

Completion Confirmation

If any card has an error, you should be able to return to the original bundle.

Things to know

Don't assume that if you import the same content multiple times, it will automatically merge into one.

If blocked

If you use the question question feature together across multiple sets, you can group the review range without merging the originals into one large set.

Open PDF

Reading text in photos with page scans

Objectives

Directly check the letters you read in photos and organize them into study materials.

Follow along

  1. Open the page scan in Create and select the main language of the text in the photo.
  2. On the photo selection screen, select the materials you want to use. Devices with camera items can also be used.
  3. Wait until recognition is complete and check the text.
  4. Compare the order, number, negative expressions, and answers of the lines with the original.
  5. From the revised text, select the question and answer or the part you want to leave blank.

Examples of trying it yourself

Start with a small photo where two or three words are clearly visible, then check the long page by dividing it into zones.

Completion Confirmation

It is more important to ensure that the original text matches the results than to indicate that the OCR is complete.

Things to know

This guide covers the scope of mobile photo text recognition. It does not guarantee dedicated recognition of handwriting or complex formulas in photos. Digital pen stroke saving and letter recognition are different functions.

If blocked

The preparation of OCR components needed for first use and the accuracy of recognizing photo content are checked separately.

Open PDF

Preparing photos suitable for OCR

Objectives

Prepare clear input materials so you can verify the originals again.

Follow along

  1. Shoot so that the entire text appears in the photo. Make sure the edges do not cut off the text.
  2. Reduces light reflection, hand shadows, and severe tilting.
  3. Pages with multiple sections are divided into sections with clear reading order.
  4. After keeping the original photo, it attempts recognition with copies of the necessary parts.
  5. Check the recognition results to ensure that titles, main texts, and footnotes are not mixed.

Examples of trying it yourself

If the sentences on the left and right rows are mixed together, check the area and reading order before finding a larger OCR model.

Completion Confirmation

Enlarge the superscript and subscript of the formula 0 and the English O, 1 and lowercase l, and compare the superscript and subscript of the formula.

Things to know

Just because it was clearly read doesn't mean the sentence relationships and table structure were interpreted accurately.

If blocked

Keeping the original footage together with the corrected text makes it easier to check for error in the answer later.

Open PDF

Order for checking import failures

Objectives

While preserving the original, we check the file format, content, and storage steps separately.

Follow along

  1. Make sure the original file opens properly in other programs.
  2. I read the error message on the screen, whether it's due to encryption, compromise, or access permissions.
  3. Create a small file in a supported format and import it from the same path.
  4. If a small file works but the original is not the original, I check the original sheet, column, text, and page structure.
  5. If you have the imported content but no set is available, check if you have completed the final save process.

Examples of trying it yourself

Don't just change the file extension to .csv to fix XLSX failures. Use a copy exported in actual CSV format from the original program.

Completion Confirmation

Distinguish and record 'file opening failure,' 'content separation error,' and 'set save failure.'

Things to know

If you cancel on the phone file selection screen, the import is not complete. Check the file extension, contents, and storage permissions of the selected file.

If blocked

When making an inquiry, provide the format, size, stage of occurrence, and error text, and separately check only the minimum necessary scope of the data itself.

05 · My Set Management and Card Editing

Open PDF

Rediscover your saved set

Objectives

Accurately locate previously created materials and continue learning or editing.

Follow along

  1. Check the title and number of questions in My Set.
  2. If there are multiple similar titles, distinguish them by the first question and the representative answer.
  3. Open the set to see the required learning methods and the card list.
  4. If data from another device is not visible, it distinguishes whether the data is from the current device or the sync target.

Examples of trying it yourself

If there are two 'basics_English' section, compare not only the dates but also the number of questions between 20 and 30, and the original units.

Completion Confirmation

After confirming that the material you want to edit is correct, start editing the card.

Things to know

Just because you have the same login account doesn't mean all unselected local sets will arrive automatically.

If blocked

Check the search function and display order according to the installation version, and instead of spending time searching for missing menus, keep the title rules consistent.

Open PDF

Edit questions and answers

Objectives

Fix the wrong cards without remaking the entire set.

Follow along

  1. Open the set from My Set.
  2. Expand card modification/delete and select the modification card you want to fix.
  3. Correct questions and answers to match the original.
  4. After clicking Save, check the changes again in the list and on the learning screen.
  5. If you are using synchronization materials, check the scope of reflection and compare the necessary content with other devices.

Examples of trying it yourself

'notebook | After converting the answer from 'notebok' into a notebook, check the back of the flashcard and the input-type answer judgment.

Completion Confirmation

Check that the front and back are not reversed, and the original card hasn't been duplicated.

Things to know

It does not assume there is an error choice editing function that is not available in the main edit window. If necessary, it modifies and manages the original Q&A for import.

If blocked

Before modifying multiple cards, create a backup so you can compare it to the previous state.

Open PDF

Adding images to regular cards

Objectives

Create general cards that look at questions and pictures together to identify supported learning methods.

Follow along

  1. On the card editing screen, select the currently displayed image addition feature, such as adding JPG.
  2. Choose images that clearly show the content.
  3. If needed, adjust by changing or deleting images.
  4. After saving, check that both the text and the image are visible on the card.
  5. Test real learning by pairing with flashcards.

Examples of trying it yourself

Put a simple image of a shape you drew into the question and write the answer as a 'triangle.'

Completion Confirmation

Make sure the image is not cut off and is connected to the question.

Things to know

General image cards and image masking are different types. Under current standards, subjective and multiple-choice options for general sets with images may be limited.

If blocked

Photos with large file sizes increase storage space and backup size. Use appropriate copies that are kept separately and can be read separately.

Open PDF

Distinguishing Card and Set Removal

Objectives

Accurately check the scope of erasure and keep the necessary materials first.

Follow along

  1. When removing only one card, use Delete that card.
  2. When removing an entire set, read the set deletion path and confirmation message in the list.
  3. Check the number of questions to see if you have selected a different set with a similar title.
  4. Important materials are backed up first and then deleted.
  5. Check the number of cards remaining and the set list after deletion.

Examples of trying it yourself

If you delete 1 card out of 20, it checks if there are 19 cards left. If the set itself disappears, you have chosen another deletion path.

Completion Confirmation

Proceed when you can explain the target, scope, and backup location for deletion.

Things to know

Deleting all data is not a solution for fixing a single card. Also check the extent to which synchronized card deletion affects other devices.

If blocked

If you make a mistake, check your backup and keep the current state separately before continuing with a new edit.

Open PDF

Choosing Important Cards and Error Ranges

Objectives

Focus on the cards you need without repeating the entire content every time.

Follow along

  1. Open the set and check the range of cards to be issued.
  2. 'Whole' refers to the entire set, 'Important' refers to the cards directly marked, and 'Incorrect Answers' is used to confirm the review target for the respective record.
  3. After marking important cards, check if they actually appear within the critical range.
  4. After getting a mistake, check the error range or replay of the wrong question for the relevant question.
  5. After reviewing, return to the full range to test whether you remember it in context.

Examples of trying it yourself

Out of 30 keywords, mark 5 important terms and review them separately, then relearn the 3 difficult cards.

Completion Confirmation

If the number of cards in the selected range differs from expectations, check the display status and records.

Things to know

The incorrect answer range and cumulative error display may serve different purposes. Judgment is based on the range name currently displayed on the screen.

If blocked

Instead of turning the result of no wrong answers into a guarantee that the learning has been completed, try to recall it directly.

Open PDF

Challenge multiple sets together

Objectives

Review multiple ranges together without merging the original sets.

Follow along

  1. I find the question feature together in multiple sets within my set.
  2. Select only the set to review this time.
  3. Check the number of choices and the types of learning available.
  4. Start learning and see if different sets of cards come out within the desired range.
  5. After finishing, check that each original set remains intact.

Examples of trying it yourself

While keeping 'Unit 1 Concepts' and 'Unit 2 Concepts' separately, I review both sections together on weekends.

Completion Confirmation

You should be able to distinguish between learning that bundles the scope and merging the original set itself.

Things to know

Depending on the type of material, such as image hiding or Post-its, the range of questions that can be included may vary. Check the actual instructions on the selection screen.

If blocked

Although the name is similar to the exam room feature where others can access together, this feature allows you to study by bundling multiple sets of individuals.

06 · Review in a way that suits you

Open PDF

Think first of flashcards

Objectives

Practice coming up with your own answer before seeing the correct one.

Follow along

  1. From the set, choose today's range from All, Important, or Incorrect answers.
  2. Open the flashcard and read the front-side question.
  3. Before flipping right away, say or write down the answer to come up with it.
  4. Press the card to check the back and compare it with your answer.
  5. Move to the next card and select End from the end.

Examples of trying it yourself

Look at the 'notebook,' think of a notebook, and then flip it over. Reading the answer and feeling familiar is different from thinking of it directly.

Completion Confirmation

If you ask again with a hidden answer, make sure you can answer.

Things to know

The number of cards handed over or the completion mark does not guarantee long-term memorization.

If blocked

If the answer is long, summarize the key points in one sentence and divide the cards separately to ask for details.

Open PDF

Completing the learning with the previous/next card

Objectives

When skipping or interrupting cards, it clearly states your current range and progressing position.

Follow along

  1. Check your current card number and total number.
  2. To revisit the previous content, go back to the previous one.
  3. Next time you move on, check yourself to see if you've answered the question.
  4. Behind the last card, you can check the completion screen or the completion procedure.
  5. When you study again, see how your saved study location or the choice to start from scratch actually appears.

Examples of trying it yourself

If you stop at the 6th out of 10, you can directly check which card appears when you open it again to avoid confusion with your learning record.

Completion Confirmation

Check whether closing the screen and finishing the learning are distinguishable, and if the necessary results remain.

Things to know

Linking study locations is a separate feature related to data synchronization. It does not automatically mean the same screen opens on all devices.

If blocked

When stopping learning, instead of forcibly closing the app, use the on-screen completion procedure.

Open PDF

Write your own answer in a subjective format.

Objectives

Before looking at the answer, write your answer in words to check your memory.

Follow along

  1. Select the subject from the text set.
  2. Check the units and expressions required by the question.
  3. Enter your answer and click 'Confirm Answer.'
  4. Compare your answer with the registered correct answer and check why it was wrong.
  5. Move on to the next problem and study until the end.

Examples of trying it yourself

'How many minutes is one hour?' Enter 60 for 'Only the Number'. If the answer is 60 but you write 'sixty minutes,' the result may differ even if the meaning is the same.

Completion Confirmation

Typos, differences in expressions, and cases where you don't understand the concepts are recorded separately.

Things to know

AI scoring is not about understanding the meaning of long statements. It unifies the format of answers before using them for important exams.

If blocked

For complex materials like formulas or legal sentences, input and marking are checked first with small examples.

Open PDF

Distinguishing confusing concepts with multiple choice

Objectives

Compare similar and incorrect answers to learn the criteria for distinguishing.

Follow along

  1. Select multiple choice from the set.
  2. Before reading questions and looking at the options, try to think of answers whenever possible.
  3. Select one of the views and check the results.
  4. If you're wrong, compare the wrong answer you chose to the original to explain why it is different.
  5. Try solving the answer in a different order so you don't memorize the correct answer.

Examples of trying it yourself

Choose the correct answer from notebook, desk, chair, and lamp, then explain the meaning of the remaining words.

Completion Confirmation

Together we confirm our understanding that we can distinguish between correct and incorrect answers.

Things to know

Auto-supplemented answers are affected by the same set configuration. For important contrasts, it directly determines incorrect answers and checks actual views.

If blocked

If the answer looks like two, check the question conditions and choices before concluding it is a student's mistake.

Open PDF

Connecting questions and answers through matching

Objectives

Connect mixed questions and answers to learn how to respond effectively.

Follow along

  1. Select Pair from the set.
  2. Select one question and then choose the correct answer that matches it.
  3. Check the correct connections and the remaining items.
  4. If you make a wrong connection, check the difference between the two items and move on.
  5. Proceed to the next batch or completion screen.

Examples of trying it yourself

Connect your desk, chair, and notebook to your desk, chair, or notebook. If you have multiple answers with the same meaning, it can get confusing which question to connect with.

Completion Confirmation

Check whether all pairs are connected and what any confusing pairs are.

Things to know

In sets where the same correct answers are repeated, the problem expression is made specific to reduce ambiguity.

If blocked

Standard image cards can also be used within the supported scope, but the learning method differs from image masking sets.

Open PDF

Review only the wrong cards

Objectives

Revisit the difficult content and organize why you got it wrong.

Follow along

  1. After studying, select 'Replay the wrong questions' or open the error range in the set.
  2. Check whether the reissued cards are actually incorrect questions.
  3. Before looking at the correct answer, let's answer again.
  4. If you repeatedly get it wrong, check for ambiguity in questions and answers or mistakes in the answer choices.
  5. After reviewing the wrong answers, the concept is reviewed again across the entire scope.

Examples of trying it yourself

If you confuse chair and desk, compare not only the meanings of the two words but also simple pictures or usage sentences.

Completion Confirmation

Check whether the answer is correct only with the same expression, and whether you can answer by rearranging the expression and order.

Things to know

Clearing out the list of wrong answers is not the purpose of learning. Notes are supplementary materials for choosing the next review.

If blocked

If you're short on time, review the wrong questions again and set your own review date.

Open PDF

Reading aloud and using dictionaries

Objectives

Check the characters, pronunciation, and meanings together, and understand the support scope for each device.

Follow along

  1. Check if the card displays listening or dictionary functions.
  2. Press listen to check the actual pronunciation language and volume.
  3. If you can't hear the phone, check your phone's voice language support, media volume, and Bluetooth output device.
  4. Compare the meaning of the materials opened in the dictionary with the context of the cards.
  5. If you find a mispronunciation or different meaning, check the card content and the language you choose.

Examples of trying it yourself

Even words with the same spelling have different meanings depending on context. The dictionary does not automatically change the first meaning to the correct answer on the cards.

Completion Confirmation

Distinguish whether the word actually sounds and whether the language matches.

Things to know

Changing the screen language does not automatically install the voice in that language. External dictionaries may be separate sites.

If blocked

If you want to use them during class, test your earphones, speakers, and volume in advance, and close windows that reveal others' personal information.

Open PDF

Connecting review results to the next study session

Objectives

Use your records as material to determine the next learning rather than a score competition.

Follow along

  1. Check the number of correct and incorrect questions.
  2. Distinguish between concepts you didn't know at first, simple typos, and ambiguous questions.
  3. When choices like 'study,' 'slightly difficult,' or 'remember' appear, I choose based on my actual experience.
  4. Adjust the suggested review days to fit your own schedule.
  5. In the next lesson, we will first review the parts that were difficult.

Examples of trying it yourself

Even if you get 8 out of 10 questions right, if you keep missing 2 important concepts, it's best to supplement those two separately.

Completion Confirmation

You need to be able to decide not only the numbers but also one thing to do next.

Things to know

We do not accept learning stages and visit/answer records as assessments that guarantee individual ability or memorization completion.

If blocked

If the record-keeping feature feels overwhelming, just turn on the necessary help and study your own way.

07 · How to use image cover in focus

Open PDF

Situations where you choose to hide your image

Objectives

Choose the study method that best fits the material you want to memorize, looking at the positions and relationships.

Follow along

  1. Decide on the names or locations to memorize from maps, charts, or diagrams.
  2. You decide whether you should recall it by looking at the picture itself or if the text alone is enough.
  3. Open the image hide option on Home.
  4. Select a clear image of the material.
  5. Imagine the parts to hide and the clues to retain.

Examples of trying it yourself

It is used to remember locations within the overall relationship, such as the names in anatomical diagrams, place names on maps, or part names in circuit diagrams.

Completion Confirmation

Even after the covering, you should be able to understand what the painting is asking about.

Things to know

It is different from regular cards with pictures included. Image masking is a type of material that directly covers part of the picture to help you come up with the answer.

If blocked

The first practice starts with three simple shapes and name tags you have drawn, allowing you to learn the tools without worrying about material rights or complex drawing structures.

Open PDF

Photo selection and screen customization

Objectives

After checking the entire image, enlarge it to the required size to create a hidden area.

Follow along

  1. Open the material by selecting a photo or image.
  2. At first, you look at the edges and the full range with the screen adjusted.
  3. If the text is small, use + or supported zoom controls.
  4. In photo move mode, move to the desired area.
  5. Return to drawing the shaded area and start editing.
  6. If the text is small on your phone, first zoom in, find the desired position in photo move mode, and then return to draw mode.

Examples of trying it yourself

In long vertical images, don't just look at the top when you start; also check the title, legend, and answer indicators at the bottom.

Completion Confirmation

Make sure the entire document is correct and that the image orientation and resolution are sufficient.

Things to know

First, check your current tools to avoid drawing a new screen when trying to move photos.

If blocked

If you get lost after zooming in too large, it returns to screen fit and regains your current position.

Open PDF

Covering name tags with squares

Objectives

Create a problem by covering letters or small pictures with rectangles.

Follow along

  1. Select the square tool.
  2. Drag from the outside of the character to hide to the opposite corner.
  3. Make sure some letters don't stick out.
  4. If necessary, move the area or fix the boundaries with a resized handle.
  5. In the same way, assign one different name tag each.

Examples of trying it yourself

When covering the word 'Seoul,' leave a little margin so that part of the last character is not visible. It does not cover other nearby place names.

Completion Confirmation

Clues to answer the answer should not leak outside the screen, and the necessary surrounding drawings should remain.

Things to know

Making the cover area large is not always good. Clues to different issues can disappear together.

If blocked

For versions that display the parenthesis tool, select the corresponding shape, but after saving, check that it appears as intended on the actual learning screen.

Open PDF

Move, resize, and delete hidden areas

Objectives

Precisely adjust the initial drawn area to match the original.

Follow along

  1. Select the area to fix.
  2. Drag the area to adjust its position.
  3. Change the size with the corner handle.
  4. Use selectable deletion for areas you don't need.
  5. If you make a mistake, use Undo to check the remaining area.

Examples of trying it yourself

If two numbers are attached and you want to make them different problems, try dividing them into two smaller areas rather than one large area.

Completion Confirmation

Check whether only the area you wanted to delete has disappeared and that the position of adjacent areas has not changed.

Things to know

Brush Partial Erase is a different tool than deleting all squares. Use functions suited to the target type.

If blocked

When finishing editing, don't just look at the magnified screen; return to full fit and recheck the layout of all areas.

Open PDF

Covering irregular areas with a brush

Objectives

Shape that is difficult to cover with a square is painted multiple times to group them into a single problem.

Follow along

  1. Choose to cover with a brush.
  2. Choose the thickness that matches the size of the material: thin, medium, or thick.
  3. Paint the necessary parts. You can remove your fingers and continue painting.
  4. If all the parts to be grouped by one problem are covered, press Confirm this hidden area.
  5. Check the completion instructions and the area where you will be saved.

Examples of trying it yourself

Paint along the name tag next to the curved arrow or group two separate correct answers into a single shaded area.

Completion Confirmation

Make sure painted marks do not remain temporary and are treated as a single fixed area.

Things to know

If you settle multiple correct answers into one area, it can be treated as a single problem during study. First, decide on the question unit.

If blocked

After changing the screen zoom ratio, I retest the brush thickness on small parts to see if it meets the purpose.

Open PDF

Erase part of brush paint and input pen

Objectives

Fix the overly covered parts and use the supporting pen comfortably.

Follow along

  1. Select Erase part of the brush.
  2. Rub the cover of the eraser brush to revive only the necessary parts.
  3. If you want to cancel the entire task, use Undo.
  4. On iPhone, finger input is used by default. In Pen-only mode, finger drawing may not be possible.
  5. Before saving, double-check if the original answer does not appear.

Examples of trying it yourself

Erase only the areas that cross the lines to make the surrounding images visible again, and keep the correct text hidden.

Completion Confirmation

Check whether the eraser has corrected the shape of the mask, not the original photo.

Things to know

It does not guide you on the assumption that iPhone supports Apple Pencil. Use the flow of drawing with your finger to cover and erase.

If blocked

If you don't write with your finger in Pen Only mode, check the input mode first.

Open PDF

Covering all and covering only part

Objectives

Choose your learning method based on memory difficulty and the cues you want to keep.

Follow along

  1. Covering everything and guessing one by one is used to recall while the other name tags are also covered.
  2. Covering only one part and guessing is used to check an area by looking at nearby nameplates as clues.
  3. In the initial material, we start by looking at how to view relationships around us.
  4. Once you get used to it, check if you can answer even if you try to hide more clues.
  5. After saving, check whether the method you selected on the actual learning screen has been applied.

Examples of trying it yourself

The stage of learning the location of a city on the map and the stage of coming up with the name of each city on your own require different clues.

Completion Confirmation

Even with the same material, you should be able to explain what is hidden and what remains in both ways.

Things to know

Increasing the number of screens does not automatically improve learning effectiveness. Adjust the difficulty within the understandable range of questions.

If blocked

Area names are optional, but when managing multiple areas, writing down short names makes it easier to check.

Open PDF

Learning the hidden parts and self-assessment

Objectives

After coming up with and checking the answer, you record your memory status yourself.

Follow along

  1. Open the image cover set you saved.
  2. Check what the currently covered area asks and answer first.
  3. Click on the shaded part or view correct answer to check the original.
  4. If it appears, select the actual state from Knowing, Guessing, or Wrong.
  5. Cover the same area again or move on to the next area and finish last.

Examples of trying it yourself

You couldn't say it before seeing the answer, but if you recognize it after seeing it, you can distinguish it from 'knowing and matching' and record your own state.

Completion Confirmation

Check that the letters are not visible on the screen and that the original text can be read after the answer is revealed.

Things to know

Self-assessment is different from multiple-choice automated grading. You don't judge that you knew the correct answer based solely on the screenshot you tossed through the screen.

If blocked

After covering it up again, you can answer once more to check if you rely solely on the correct answer you just read.

Open PDF

Re-editing saved images and screens

Objectives

Add missing areas or fix incorrect coverings.

Follow along

  1. Open the image cover file in My Set.
  2. Select Edit Image or Shade Area.
  3. Add, move, or delete areas, and if necessary, change names or learning methods.
  4. Save again and open the set to check the changes.
  5. If you are syncing, check separately whether it is reflected on other devices.

Examples of trying it yourself

Initially, only the nucleus of the cell diagram was covered, but later the cell membrane and cytoplasm were added to expand the range.

Completion Confirmation

Check the full picture to ensure the previous area has not disappeared and that the number of new areas matches.

Things to know

Replacing the original image may cause the positions of the existing area and the new image to be misaligned. It is not assumed that the existing coordinates automatically follow the meaning.

If blocked

Before major editing, you make backups and keep the original images separately.

Open PDF

Image Covering Practice and Problem-Solving

Objectives

Check the entire flow of creation, editing, and review with simple self-drawings.

Follow along

  1. Draw triangles, squares, and circles on paper or drawing tools, and write down your name.
  2. Select a photo and create a square mask over each name.
  3. Two areas are designated as squares, and one area is designated with a brush to finalize it.
  4. Save and learn covering all and covering one part separately.
  5. After modifying one area, reopen it to check the results.

Examples of trying it yourself

Checklist: 3 areas / Original shown / Answer hidden/Publicly available / Editable and saved. Only items with different results are recorded.

Completion Confirmation

Distinguish between the fact that the function has been implemented and the judgment that the position where the correct answer is hidden is appropriate.

Things to know

If the photo doesn't move, move the photo; if there's no new mask, use the drawing tool; if the brush doesn't save, check the area first.

If blocked

Even if the fields differ, such as medicine, geography, or circuitry, the order of 'recall → original verification → area designation' is the same, and the required clues vary depending on the material.

08 · Post-it and handwriting boards

Open PDF

Choose a blank board or photo background

Objectives

Create space to organize short notes and handwriting on a single screen.

Follow along

  1. Open the Post-it board or Post-it bar creation in the home screen.
  2. You decide whether to use the blank board as is or use the photo as the background.
  3. Open the required materials by selecting a background photo.
  4. Imagine the title and the placement of the note to use.
  5. Add the first Post-it and enter your post.

Examples of trying it yourself

Divide the three concepts you will review today onto a blank board, or place explanatory notes on the chart you created.

Completion Confirmation

Make sure the background doesn't interfere with reading notes and that the necessary areas are visible.

Things to know

Adding a photo background does not automatically convert text memos into text notes.

If blocked

Instead of making many post-its from scratch, we complete the process of saving and reopening a small board.

Open PDF

Organizing Post-it Movement, Size, and Color

Objectives

Arrange notes in a good order and size when reading.

Follow along

  1. Add Post-its and write a topic in a note.
  2. Drag the upper part to move the position.
  3. Adjust the size with the lower right handle.
  4. Choose colors to distinguish topics or progress status.
  5. Use Fold & Unfold to confirm the final arrangement.

Examples of trying it yourself

Blue represents concepts, yellow points of confusion, and pink represents questions, allowing you to set your own simple standards.

Completion Confirmation

Make sure notes are not overlapping and obscuring important characters.

Things to know

If it's hard to distinguish meaning by color alone, write words like 'concept' or 'question' in the title.

If blocked

If the board becomes complicated, it's easier to read by dividing it by topic rather than forcing everything to shrink.

Open PDF

Use handwriting and writing erasers

Objectives

Write marks or simple drawings that are difficult to write in letters.

Follow along

  1. Select the handwriting tool.
  2. Write briefly with your finger or a supporting pen to check the thickness.
  3. When palm input is mixed, it checks the supported pen-only mode.
  4. Use the writing eraser to erase or undo the necessary lines.
  5. When transferring text notes, you return to the Move & Text tool.

Examples of trying it yourself

Underline the key words, draw arrows indicating relationships, and draw a simple concept diagram.

Completion Confirmation

Check if the handwriting line remains even when you reopen after saving.

Things to know

Handwriting is saved as pen lines. This does not mean the function to automatically convert handwriting to text or LaTeX is complete.

If blocked

By checking the input mode and the currently selected board, it's easy to distinguish between 'lines not drawn' and 'notes are moving.'

Open PDF

Save the board and reuse it the next day

Objectives

You will continue to use the notes you have taken in the next lesson.

Follow along

  1. Click Save Post-it board.
  2. Reopen the title you saved in your set.
  3. Modify the Post-it board to change the font, position, and handwriting.
  4. Save again and check the changes.
  5. Make backups before replacing important boards.

Examples of trying it yourself

On the first day, write down three questions, and on the second day, add answers and supplementary explanations to mark your learning progress.

Completion Confirmation

Make sure the background, note letters, colors, and handwriting are preserved as needed.

Things to know

Just connecting learning records does not transfer the original notes from the board to another device.

If blocked

When transferring to another device, check the backup and sync support range for that data type and actually open it on the receiving device.

09 · Today's Study and Review Plan

Open PDF

Turn on only the necessary study aids

Objectives

Choose the level of support that fits your study style.

Follow along

  1. Open the Learning Assistant section in Settings.
  2. Choose quietly, lightly assist, as a learning assistant, or choose according to your needs.
  3. Check what is newly displayed in the groove.
  4. Items that are burdensome are adjusted in the direct selection.
  5. After changing the settings, check that the existing set and records remain intact.

Examples of trying it yourself

If you don't need a plan, just use set creation and learning, and turn on extra help when you need review date guidance.

Completion Confirmation

You should be able to explain what is turned on and whether its function helps your study.

Things to know

Don't think that asking for help means deleting already created learning materials. Distinguish it from the actual delete menu.

If blocked

Rather than changing your study to fit the app's suggestions, adjust the app's display to fit your goals and schedule.

Open PDF

Add Study Today

Objectives

Review within the app and study outside the app as tasks for the same day.

Follow along

  1. After turning on the Learning Assistant, open Today's Study.
  2. Add the set to today's learning.
  3. Outside the app, like reading a book, you can add extra general study.
  4. Set the date and the actual amount to be taken.
  5. Recorded completed tasks as completed and checked the remaining tasks.

Examples of trying it yourself

Write separately about tasks inside and outside the app, such as 'English Set Review' and '10 Math Workbook Questions.'

Completion Confirmation

Check for yourself whether the amount of work you can do today is actually possible.

Things to know

Adding tasks does not mean you have finished studying. The number of completed tasks is not interpreted as a proficiency score.

If blocked

When too many plans pile up, start with one or two important things and adjust the rest of the dates.

Open PDF

Prioritization, Procrastination, Skipping

Objectives

Maintain learning flow while adapting plans to reality.

Follow along

  1. Identify important tasks in today's learning.
  2. If priority is fixed or moving up or down is displayed, the order is adjusted.
  3. Things that are hard to do today are postponed to tomorrow or rescheduled.
  4. Choose to skip unnecessary events.
  5. After the change, check the remaining range for today.

Examples of trying it yourself

Prioritize the subjects with the exam and postpone long-term review to another day. You don't have to follow the app's original order.

Completion Confirmation

Make sure the actual schedule matches the dates listed in the app.

Things to know

You don't have to judge your motivation to learn just because you postponed your plans. Use it as an adjustable suggestion.

If blocked

For tasks that keep procrastination, check if the content is too large and break it down into smaller practice units.

Open PDF

Read the next review day and learning stages

Objectives

You decide on your own judgment about the review timing suggested by the app.

Follow along

  1. After completing set learning, select your current memory status.
  2. Check out the following review date suggestions.
  3. Write as is, change to another date, or skip the next review.
  4. Stage indications such as start, learning, and memory reinforcement are understood as summaries of the record.
  5. In the next review, check if you can actually answer and readjust.

Examples of trying it yourself

Even if you choose 'Remember,' if you have an exam next week, set a date yourself so you can review it once more before that.

Completion Confirmation

If the stage indication differs from what you actually remember, prioritize your own experience.

Things to know

Review cycle This does not mean that automatic suggestions alone will automatically memorize the answers. You need activities that recall answers without looking at them.

If blocked

I don't think the app knows and evaluates everything from unrecorded book study to class.

10 · Backup, Restore, and Transfer to Another Device

Open PDF

Export backup files

Objectives

Make a copy of the current material before changing equipment or making major modifications.

Follow along

  1. In Settings, tap Export Backup.
  2. When the phone's save and share screen appears, select where you want to store it.
  3. On iPhone, check the selected folder in the Files app, while on Android, check the JSON file in the selected Save app or folder.
  4. Check the file name, date, and size, and keep a separate copy.
  5. If you cancel the shared screen, it will not be considered as saved.

Examples of trying it yourself

Include the date like 'QuizNotebook_Backup_20261002' and keep a separate copy before and after important revisions.

Completion Confirmation

Don't assume that just closing the file selection window means the file is saved; check for its existence in Explorer itself.

Things to know

The body of the official paid deck may be excluded from backups, and purchasing restoration is required separately. There is a difference between saving the basic training set on the device and creating a backup file.

If blocked

Since backups can contain personal study materials, you don't accidentally save them in public links or shared folders.

Open PDF

Preparing Before Bringing Backups

Objectives

We preserve both existing and upcoming materials and prepare for restoration.

Follow along

  1. First, back up your current materials as a separate JSON file.
  2. Select the correct JSON file from Import Backup in Settings.
  3. Read the file source, date, and the restoration instructions displayed on the screen.
  4. If there is an overwriting or merge guide, please understand the content before proceeding.
  5. After it's over, check the number of sets and whether the actual content has been returned.

Examples of trying it yourself

When moving a backup from mobile phone A to mobile B, the most recent data created on B is stored first.

Completion Confirmation

Directly compare how the original data from B and the data taken from A were handled.

Things to know

Changing the backup file name does not change the format to a compatible form. It does not restore files of unclear origin.

If blocked

If an error occurs, save the backup file and current files while recording the error message. Do not attempt to resolve it with repeated initialization.

Open PDF

Review the contents after restoration

Objectives

After the restoration success mark, check if the actual data opens properly.

Follow along

  1. Compare the number of sets and titles before and after restoration.
  2. Check the first, middle, and last questions and answers of the text set.
  3. Open the image card and image cover materials to check the photo and area.
  4. Check important learning records or boards separately.
  5. Leave a new backup when all the necessary items are right.

Examples of trying it yourself

Record items by item, such as 'file read success / set count matching / 3 images checked / test history verification.'

Completion Confirmation

To avoid missing cases where only the numbers are the same but the content differs, we look at the representative questions and photos as well.

Things to know

Materials requiring purchase rights may require additional permission verification from the same account. Restoration does not create new purchases.

If blocked

Original backups are not deleted or overwritten until final verification is complete.

11 · Purchase Restoration and Seeking Help

Open PDF

Additional Deck Purchases and Restoration

Objectives

Follow along

  1. On the deck information screen, you can check the current product name, composition, and final store price.
  2. After completing the purchase, you will separately check the ownership mark and the actual set opening.
