문의 정보 처리 안내 · Inquiry data handling

수집 항목: 기관·담당자·업무 이메일·국가·희망 언어·요구사항 및 선택 기재사항, 접수 시 생성되는 접속 IP·브라우저·유입 페이지 정보. 목적: 문의 회신, 가능 여부 검토와 견적 협의. 담당자와 문의 접수 서비스(Netlify Forms)가 처리하며 공개하지 않습니다. 문의 접수일부터 90일 보관 후 삭제합니다. 계약으로 이어지면 계약에 필요한 사항은 별도로 안내합니다. 삭제 요청: yseedu@naver.com. 동의하지 않으면 양식 대신 이메일로 상담할 수 있습니다.

We use your business contact details, request and technical submission information (IP address, browser and referring page) solely to respond, assess feasibility and discuss a quote. The inquiry is processed by YSEEDU and Netlify Forms and is not published. We retain inquiries for 90 days from submission, then delete them; contract-related records are handled separately if you proceed. For deletion or an alternative email inquiry: yseedu@naver.com.

접수 정보는 전송 시 Netlify, Inc.(미국)의 서비스에서 처리·보관될 수 있습니다. 제공받는 항목·목적·보관 기간은 위와 같으며 Netlify 개인정보 안내를 확인할 수 있습니다. / Form information is transmitted to Netlify, Inc. in the United States for processing and storage as described above.

필요한 추가 작업은 내용·금액·납기를 사전 통보하고 합의 후 진행합니다. / Additional work starts only after advance notice and agreement on scope, fees and timeline.
