앱 없이 삭제 요청하기
계정에 등록한 이메일 주소에서 support@quiznotebook.com으로 ‘Quiz Notebook Pro 계정 및 관련 데이터 삭제 요청’이라는 제목의 이메일을 보내 주세요. 앱 이름과 삭제할 계정 이메일만 알려 주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리 결과를 회신합니다. 비밀번호, 인증 코드, 구매 토큰 또는 카드번호를 보내지 마세요.
이메일로 삭제 요청하기삭제 범위와 영향
- 서버의 계정 정보, 로그인 세션과 구매 연결을 삭제합니다. 공통 계정은 다른 기기와 지원 앱의 연결에도 영향을 줍니다.
- 부정 복원 방지용 비가역 식별값은 최대 90일간 제한 보관할 수 있습니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 기록과 스토어의 거래 기록에는 별도 기준이 적용됩니다.
- 삭제한 구매 연결을 다른 계정으로 자동 이전하지 않습니다. 구매 복원에 어려움이 있으면 고객지원에 문의하세요. 계정 삭제가 스토어 환불이나 구독 해지를 의미하지는 않습니다.
- 기기에 저장한 개인 덱·노트·필기·백업 파일은 서버 계정 삭제로 지워지지 않습니다. 필요한 자료를 먼저 내보낸 뒤 앱에서 개별 삭제하세요.
Request account and associated data deletion
Quiz Notebook Pro is operated by YSE EDU (Hyunho Son). In supported versions, open Realtor decks → sign in → Delete account.
Without the app, email support@quiznotebook.com from your registered email address. Include the app name and account email, with the subject “Quiz Notebook Pro account and data deletion request”. We verify ownership and reply with the result. Do not send passwords, verification codes, purchase tokens or payment-card details.
We delete server account records, sessions and purchase links, including links used on other devices and supported apps. Irreversible anti-abuse identifiers may be retained for up to 90 days; legally required records and store transaction records follow separate retention rules. Deleted purchase links are not automatically transferable to another account. Contact support for restoration difficulties. Deletion does not request a store refund or cancel a subscription.
Local decks, notes, handwriting and backup files remain on your device. Export anything you need and delete local files separately in the app.
