Remove from the app
In the version with the deck account feature, Real Estate Agent Deck → Account Login → Account DeleteSelect and check what is displayed.
Requesting deletion without an app
From the email address registered to your account, support@quiznotebook.comPlease send an email titled 'Request to deleteQuiz Notebook Pro account and related data.' Please provide only the app name and the email address for the account you want to delete. After identity verification, we will reply with the result. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, purchase tokens, or card numbers.
Requesting deletion by emailScope and Impact of Deletion
- Delete server account information, login sessions, and purchase links. Common accounts also affect connections between other devices and supported apps.
- Irreversible identifiers for fraud restoration prevention can be retained for up to 90 days with limited retention. Separate standards apply to records that are legally required to retain them and for store transaction records.
- Deleted purchase links are not automatically transferred to another account. If you have difficulty restoring your purchase, contact customer support. Account deletion does not mean a store refund or subscription cancellation.
- Personal decks, notes, notes, and backup files saved on your device cannot be deleted by deleting server accounts. Please export the necessary materials first, then delete them individually in the app.
Request account and associated data deletion
Quiz Notebook Pro is operated by YSE EDU (Hyunho Son). In supported versions, open Realtor decks → sign in → Delete account.
Without the app, email support@quiznotebook.com from your registered email address. Include the app name and account email, with the subject “Quiz Notebook Pro account and data deletion request”. We verify ownership and reply with the result. Do not send passwords, verification codes, purchase tokens or payment-card details.
We delete server account records, sessions and purchase links, including links used on other devices and supported apps. Irreversible anti-abuse identifiers may be retained for up to 90 days; legally required records and store transaction records follow separate retention rules. Deleted purchase links are not automatically transferable to another account. Contact support for restoration difficulties. Deletion does not request a store refund or cancel a subscription.
Local decks, notes, handwriting and backup files remain on your device. Export anything you need and delete local files separately in the app.
