Official Answers & In-House Explanations

[Official Answer at Time of Exam] (1)
[Date of Application] Conditions for the 2025-10-25 exam

The official answer at the time of question creation was (1).

(1) Additivity is the property that the physical quantity of land cannot be artificially produced and increased. Since I will explain the four clues together, this is the correct answer.

(2) Adjacency is the property of being connected to surrounding land and mutually influencing each other. It can explain the impact of surrounding development, but it is not the name of unproductive activity.

(3) Individuality refers to the fact that no land has exactly the same location and shape. This explains why it is difficult to substitute and compare.

(4) Permanence is the property that land is not a good that is physically consumed and disappears simply because it is used. It is distinguished from the inability to produce quantity.

(5) Loadability refers to the property of placing other objects such as buildings on land and using them. This does not match the clause that production is impossible.
