If you want to switch from iPhone ↔, Android ↔, tablet, iPad, Windows ↔ Mac, or ↔ tablet to desktop, Please contact the Purchase Rights Support team before making a new payment. We check the purchase route, products, whether you purchased the product, and the installation and activation path for the new platform, and guide you through possible support and why it is not.
If the purchased app is compatible with the new device and can be re-downloaded, you can reinstall it with the same store account. No separate app products or licenses for other operating systems will be added. In-app purchase restoration is subject to the support conditions of the product and app.
Apple· Google· Microsoft cannot transfer purchase records between Microsoft or automatically register website purchases in each store's purchase history. Apps on other platforms are not free just because you have the same email address or use Family Sharing.
Below are the possible support channels under policy. Quiz Notebook's automatic platform switching and appweb↔deck connection are currently being prepared and are not yet available purchase benefits.

The scope and procedures of support are covered by Apple· Google· Changes may vary depending on Microsoft policies, countries and regions, product composition, and the actual support status of the app. Changes will be announced on this page regarding the applicable products and their effective dates. This notice does not imply arbitrary reduction of previously agreed purchase conditions or consumer rights under the law.

Please provide your purchase route, product name, and the platform you want to switch from your current platform. If support is possible, we will provide the necessary procedures; if not, we will provide the reasons for the restrictions.
YOUR DECKS · YOUR LEARNING
Decks purchased for a fee on Quiz Notebookare recognized as having the right to use the deck regardless of the purchase platform. The operating principle is to support users who do not repurchase the same deck even when moving from app to web app or from web app to app.
Purchase rights for the app used for learning or a valid web app usage pass are required separately. Refunded or canceled products and other people's purchase rights are not included; deck-specific usage conditions and the applicable store policies apply.
Store purchase history and web app account are not automatically linked. Even if the purchase email is the same, it does not open immediately. Before paying for the license to switch platforms, Please provide the name of the deck you purchased, the place of purchase, order number, and the platform you will use. We will check your purchase history and available connection routes to guide you. We do not guarantee that products without connectivity features will be available immediately.
Even after the web usage period included in the production rights ends, the rights to hold and use the completed deck already delivered will not be lost. You can keep the file and import it to a compatible paid app, or purchase a web license to continue studying. The copyright and scope of use of the original materials remain in effect.

The following features are not yet available. Once actual support begins, we will disclose the eligible product and app versions and usage conditions on this page and in the update history.
We will review your purchase history to link the product to your operating system license, and then check again on your new device. This is not a feature to create a new store receipt.
Consider how family members can participate with separate accounts. Whether shareable products, number of family members, devices, and paid decks will be included is not yet finalized, and individual learning materials are designed so that they are not automatically shared with family members.
We check the registered devices and prepare support to lift them in case of replacement or loss. The final number of units is announced before sale, and existing purchase conditions are not arbitrarily reduced.
The store version will use store updates, while the direct distribution will use signed installers and version guides. The purchase scope for general fixes and updates will be distinguished from those of new products and paid decks.
External purchases do not automatically convert to store purchase rights. In particular, paid download apps may require payment during the installation stage before logging in with our account. Before starting direct sales, we will prepare the official system that allows installation and activation without re-payment. Do not make duplicate purchases expecting linkage that is not currently available.
It varies by product. In-app purchases on Google Play are not part of the Family Library, and Apple requires Family Sharing settings for those products. Currently, Quiz Notebook's three licensed agent decks have iOS Family Share turned off.
Installation and usage rights and data transfer are separate. You must use backup/restore or the sync feature provided by the app. Family data is not automatically merged or made public.
A one-time purchase is a usage pass for the purchased product. This does not mean that a separate platform version, paid learning decks, or new products are all included. Please check the provided features and update conditions based on the sales notice for each product.
Support for external purchases is reviewed in accordance with the platform's payment and distribution policies. Access to external purchases on Apple's multi-platform services includes conditions such as offering in-app purchases, and separate rules apply to using Google Play for external purchases and in-app payment in-app purchases. Microsoft allows non-gaming apps to use their own payment methods.
