이 안내는 iPad 전용 Quiz Notebook Pro(스토어 등록명 Quiz Notebook Tablet)에 적용됩니다. Mac·Windows·휴대폰·웹 이용권과 자료 처리 방식은 각각 구분합니다.

학습 자료는 기본적으로 이 iPad에 보관합니다. 계정 로그인, 선택한 자료 동기화, 외부 AI 요청은 별도로 선택하는 기능입니다. 계정이나 AI를 사용하지 않아도 스토어 체험·구매 권한으로 기기 안에서 공부할 수 있습니다. 광고 추적이나 개인정보 판매를 하지 않습니다.

1. 기기 안 자료와 파일

개인 덱·사진·필기·노트·학습 기록은 앱의 로컬 저장소에 보관됩니다. 파일 가져오기·내보내기와 다른 앱 공유는 사용자가 직접 선택합니다. 간단한 노트·AI 작업 백업은 덱·학습 기록 백업과 별도로 보관하세요. 앱 삭제 전 백업이 필요하며, iPad의 기기 백업과 사용자가 선택한 클라우드 저장 위치에는 해당 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다.

3. 본인 AI·API 선택

외부 AI에 요청문을 직접 복사하는 방식은 사용자가 해당 서비스로 옮기는 단계에서 그 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다. 앱에서 API 방식을 선택하면 전송할 요청과 자료를 확인하고 동의한 뒤 본인의 OpenAI 또는 Anthropic API 키로 직접 HTTPS 요청을 보냅니다. 이 iPad API 경로는 YSEEDU 계정 서버를 경유하지 않습니다. 키를 이 앱의 영구 저장소에 저장하지 않으며 입력 내용은 요청 처리 중 메모리에 사용됩니다. 다른 자료를 자동으로 읽어 전송하지 않습니다.

OpenAI 요청의 응답 저장은 끄지만 제공자의 무보관을 보장하지 않습니다. 제공자는 계정·요청·안전 관리 및 법적 의무에 따라 국외에서 자료를 처리·보관할 수 있습니다. OpenAI · Anthropic의 정책을 확인하세요. 외부 AI의 비용·한도는 본인 계정에 적용되며 앱 구매에 포함되지 않습니다. AI에 민감한 개인정보를 넣지 마세요. 결과는 사용자가 검토·채택해야 덱이 됩니다.

4. 체험·구매·복원

7일 체험과 영구 이용권은 Apple StoreKit으로 확인합니다. 앱은 기기에서 서명된 거래와 이용 권한을 확인하며 카드번호·Apple 암호를 받지 않습니다. 체험은 자동으로 유료 전환되지 않습니다. 이 앱에는 추가 유료 콘텐츠 덱 구매나 RevenueCat SDK 경로를 사용하지 않습니다. Apple의 결제·거래 보관에는 Apple 개인정보 정책이 적용됩니다.

5. 처리 업체·보관·삭제

Microsoft Azure의 대한민국 Korea Central에서 공통 계정과 직접 켠 동기화 자료를 처리·보관합니다. 로그인 메일은 Resend(미국)가 수신 이메일, 일회용 링크와 발송 기록을 처리합니다. Resend의 공개 표준 보관은 메일·로그 30일 및 제공자 백업 추가 최대 7일이며 제공자 정책을 따릅니다. 계정 서비스는 Quiz Notebook·Wrongnote 공통 계정이지만 제품 구매 권한은 별개입니다.

계정·동기화 자료는 서비스 제공과 계정 유지에 필요한 동안 보관합니다. 로그인 링크는 15분, 세션은 최대 30일 동안 유효하며 만료 자료는 서버의 정리 정책에 따라 삭제합니다. 계정 관리의 ‘계정 삭제’를 선택하면 공통 계정·세션·서버 구매 연결과 동기화 자료가 삭제되며, 등록된 복구 백업에서도 최대 7일 이내 제거됩니다. 법적 보관 대상과 부정 사용 방지의 비식별 검증 기록은 공통 계정 보관 안내를 따릅니다. 해당 부정 사용 방지 기록에는 이메일 원문과 학습 자료를 보관하지 않습니다.

계정 삭제는 다른 기기의 로그인과 공통 계정에도 영향을 줍니다. 기기의 학습 파일 삭제, 구매 환불 또는 다른 제품의 스토어 구독 취소와는 별개입니다. 앱 안 계정 관리 또는 아래 문의처에서 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 불필요한 개인·학생 정보를 자료에 넣지 마세요.

Quiz Notebook Pro for iPad
Privacy and data handling

This notice covers the iPad app listed as Quiz Notebook Tablet. Phone, Mac, Windows and web products have separate licenses and processing arrangements.

Your study materials stay on this iPad by default. Account sign-in, selected-material synchronization and external AI requests are optional. Local study uses your Apple trial or purchase entitlement without requiring an app account or AI. We do not sell personal data or use advertising tracking.

1. Local materials

Decks, images, handwriting, notes and study records are stored locally. You choose files to import, export or share. Back up Simple Notes and AI work separately from deck/study backups before removing the app. Device backups and cloud locations you choose follow their providers’ policies.

2. Optional account and synchronization

Email sign-in processes the email you enter, random account identifiers and authentication/session/expiry records. A sign-in link is sent only when requested. The session is kept in the device’s secure storage.

Sync is off by default. When enabled, selected personal cards, edits, images and study positions, along with account/revision identifiers and timestamps, are sent over HTTPS and stored encrypted on Azure in Korea Central, South Korea. This is not end-to-end encryption. Whole original PDFs, unselected sets, all Simple Notes or AI work are not automatically synchronized. Official paid-deck content and store rights are excluded from this personal-material store.

Turning sync off stops new transfers; server copies remain until account deletion. Deleting a whole set does not delete it on other devices. Card/photo changes within a connected set do sync. Concurrent revisions are preserved for your review.

3. Your AI or API

For manual prompt transfer, the external service’s policies apply when you send material there. For in-app API requests, you review and consent to the request and use your own OpenAI or Anthropic key. This iPad route sends HTTPS requests directly to the chosen provider, not through the YSEEDU account server. The key is used in memory for the request and is not saved in this app’s persistent storage. Other materials are not read or sent automatically.

OpenAI response storage is disabled, but no-retention by the provider is not guaranteed. Providers may process/retain account and request information abroad for their service, safety and legal obligations. Review the OpenAI and Anthropic policies. Their fees and limits apply to your account and are not included in the app license. Avoid sensitive personal information. Review and adopt AI results before saving them into a deck.

4. Apple trial and purchases

The seven-day trial and lifetime access use Apple StoreKit. Signed transactions and entitlements are verified on the device. We do not receive payment-card details or Apple passwords. The trial does not automatically charge or renew. This iPad app does not use a RevenueCat SDK path or sell additional content decks. Apple handles payments and its transaction records under its privacy policy.

5. Providers, retention and deletion

Microsoft Azure in Korea Central hosts the shared account and explicitly enabled sync materials. Resend in the United States handles requested login emails, one-time links and delivery metadata; its published standard retention is 30 days for email/logs plus up to seven additional days for provider backups. See Resend’s policy. The Quiz Notebook/Wrongnote account is shared; product entitlements remain separate.

Account and sync data remain while needed to maintain the account and provide the service. Login links last 15 minutes and sessions up to 30 days; expired records follow the service’s cleanup policy. Choose Delete account in account management to remove the shared account, sessions, server purchase links and sync material, including registered recovery backups within seven days. Required legal records and limited anti-abuse verification records follow the shared-account retention notice; email plaintext and learning materials are excluded from anti-abuse records.

Deleting an account affects shared-account access on other devices. It does not delete local learning files, refund purchases or cancel other products’ store subscriptions. You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction in account management or through the contact below. Avoid including unnecessary personal or student information.
