For both directions of your purchased pair, improvements to audio, meanings and examples, corrections, and expansion toward 8,000 meanings have no extra payment or upgrade fee. Other language pairs and specialist vocabulary are separate products. We review feedback and record changes by edition.
The decks have undergone multiple reviews, but we do not promise perfect translations or zero errors. Send the card ID with any awkward wording or suggestion.
Reference cards are excluded from word-matching quizzes. If there is no equivalent word, use the examples instead of audio for that word.

- Target for the end of 2026: add Japanese–French, Japanese–German, Japanese–Spanish, French–German, French–Spanish and German–Spanish, for 15 pairs in total.
- Target for 2027: expand general vocabulary toward 8,000 meanings per pair. The current edition contains 2,573 meanings.
Future quantities and dates are production targets. Changes and reasons will be posted here. Free updates apply to the pair you purchased.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds
After payment approval, access your decks here. For delayed delivery, duplicate payment or file problems, contact us with your order number and purchase email.
You may request cancellation or a refund before files, cards or audio are delivered. Once delivery starts after you have reviewed the preview and terms and consented, change-of-mind cancellation may be restricted.
Your statutory consumer rights, including when content differs from its description or contract, remain unaffected. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.
