Deck error-checking support

Error-checking support is in preparation. The following conditions will apply when the service launches.

• Support is funded by a limited monthly budget. Requests may not be supported if demand is high or the submitted volume is excessive.
• Support is limited to 100 questions per deck. New requests will no longer be accepted for that month once the monthly budget or supported question quota is exhausted.
• We may discontinue support without prior notice if we determine that a review is unlikely to be effective or that continuing support would provide no meaningful benefit.
