Inquiry Information Processing Guide · Inquiry data handling

Collected items: Institution, contact person, work email, country, preferred language, requirements and optional information, access IP, browser, and incoming page information generated at the time of application. Purpose: Responding to inquiries, reviewing feasibility, and negotiating quotations. The contact person and the inquiry reception service (Netlify Forms) handle the process and do not disclose the information. The information is retained for 90 days from the date of inquiry receipt and then deleted. If it leads to a contract, necessary matters for the contract will be separately notified. Deletion request: yseedu@naver.com. If you do not agree, you can consult via email instead of using the form.

We use your business contact details, request and technical submission information (IP address, browser and referring page) solely to respond, assess feasibility and discuss a quote. The inquiry is processed by YSEEDU and Netlify Forms and is not published. We retain inquiries for 90 days from submission, then delete them; contract-related records are handled separately if you proceed. For deletion or an alternative email inquiry: yseedu@naver.com.
