Web access, purchases & refunds
1. Prices and duration
- Web access: KRW 17,000/month. An account’s first standalone purchase earns one free creation credit.
- 1 creation: regular KRW 34,000 / US$20; 50% off through 31 Dec 2026: KRW 17,000 / US$10. Includes 1 month of web access.
- 10 creations: regular KRW 238,000 / US$140; 50% off through 31 Dec 2026: KRW 119,000 / US$70. Includes 7 months of web access.
Discount ends 31 Dec 2026 at 23:59 Korea time. Regular prices apply from 1 Jan 2027. Prices and terms of completed purchases do not change retroactively.
Displayed KRW totals include VAT. Korean cards and Korean payment methods shown at checkout are supported. Overseas cards and PayPal are awaiting approval and unavailable. USD prices are international references; payments are not currently charged in USD.
Access lasts 1 or 7 calendar months from payment approval; if a pass is active, it continues from that pass’s end. No automatic renewal or charge. Included web time earns no additional free credit, and using credits does not extend web time.
Paid and free credits last one calendar year from purchase. Email confirmation reserves one credit; requests reserved before expiry can finish afterward. Credits and web access expire separately. After web access ends, valid credits and finished downloads remain available; continued web study needs a valid pass. Expiry alone does not remove statutory extension/refund rights. Contact yseedu@naver.com for extensions or unused balances.
Rights to finished decks are separate from web access. Renew web access or purchase a compatible app to keep studying. Paid deck rights & platform linking— see this guide.
2. Learning and devices
Your sign-in email identifies purchases. Register up to 3 browsers/devices; use 2 simultaneously. Choose device replacement in settings. Large-screen editing is the default, with adjustable priority. Concurrent editing does not silently overwrite another device’s changes.
Clearing browser data may erase local decks; keep file backups. Private sync applies only to chosen decks. If you lose the recovery key, the server cannot recover encrypted content. Deck rights remain after access expires; download files for a supported app. App licenses are separate.
3. AI creation and your own API
Standard scope: up to 20,000 bytes of submitted text, one deck of 1–100 text flashcards. After checking sufficiency and rights, we agree on quantity, scope and delivery. Images, scans and image occlusion are excluded. Consult us about other formats.
Email confirmation reserves one credit; delivery of the reviewed final deck spends it. Pre-production refusal/withdrawal or failed delivery returns the reservation. AI drafts are not delivered without operator review. Your own API usage is billed separately.
Pre-review, revision & closure policyapplies. Ordinary wording/layout preferences are discussed in one consolidated round, without limiting correction rights for factual errors or non-performance. Extra research or scope requires prior explanation and explicit agreement on work, total cost and delivery. No extra work starts before separate payment is available.
4. Cancellation, refunds & revisions
Send your purchase email, order ID and reason to yseedu@naver.com. Never send API keys or card numbers. We email receipt, review and outcome. Signing out does not cancel a payment.
For unused products, withdrawal may be requested within 7 days of receiving the contract information. Statutory exceptions such as started content delivery still require lawful prior notice and confirmation; rights to undelivered parts are not excluded wholesale. Statutory withdrawal/refund rights and remedies for provider fault, factual errors or delivery unlike the contract take precedence.
No arbitrary production fee is deducted if a request cannot be accepted or completed. Credit return and monetary refund are separate; request a card refund too if needed. For partial refunds or early closure, we check delivered/undelivered parts and explain calculation, amount and affected passes in writing. No arbitrary flat penalty or gift retail-price deduction. Refunds go to the original method within statutory deadlines, with card posting time explained.
5. Material rights & retention
Submit only material you created or have permission to transmit and process. Copyright remains with its owner; AI does not remove third-party rights. Personal study is recommended; publishing, distribution or sales need separate rights checks. Finished-deck ownership and app/web access are separate; transfer through supported formats is possible. No promise of automatic store-license transfer or family sharing.
6. Privacy & service changes
Web privacy noticegoverns processing. Before shutdown or major changes, we notify through the website and registered email and settle paid undelivered portions. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
