We agree on scope and terms before production.
1. Material and requests are reviewed first
Specify the result, included/excluded material, example questions, purpose/exam, quantity, study mode and difficulty. The operator reviews sufficiency, rights, accuracy, level and supported formats. Submission is not acceptance of production.
Insufficient material may need revision. Impossible results, rights issues or unsupported scope may be declined beforehand with reasons. Rejection/withdrawal before production returns reserved credits. Credit return is not a cash/card refund and does not replace cancellation/refund rights.
2. Separate agreement for uncertain outcomes
If the desired outcome is difficult, we explain achievable scope, difficulties/reasons, limitations, quantity, format, deadline, revisions and closure. Work begins only after explicit agreement. Silence or elapsed time is not consent. Changed requests or terms require renewed confirmation.
Conditional agreement does not excuse errors or failure to meet promised quality/quantity. Exam success or a particular learning outcome is not guaranteed.
3. Extra research or content work
Research beyond submitted material, source preparation or expanded scope may cost extra. Work, additional amount and delivery must be disclosed in advance; proceed only with explicit agreement.
You can check the full extra price and scope before payment. A quote or earlier credit purchase is not consent to extra charges. If declined, we assess the original scope or explain closure/settlement. Extra-quote agreement and separate payment are not ready yet; quoted work remains paused.
4. Final delivery and revisions
Default: one final delivery within the agreed scope. Consolidate wording/layout preferences for one revision discussion. Email requests with the request ID to yseedu@naver.com. New material, purpose or scope may require a separate quote.
The ordinary preference-revision limit does not limit correction of factual errors, missing scope/quantity, contractual non-performance or statutory withdrawal/refund rights.
5. Closure and settlement if the goal cannot be met
If the agreed goal remains difficult after discussing revisions, we explain reasons, work/deliveries, remaining tasks and proposed closure/settlement in writing. Partial refunds use lawful grounds; arbitrary deductions or a fixed “dissatisfied” refund must not restrict statutory rights.
Failed undelivered work returns reserved credits without arbitrary production fees. Monetary/partial refund requests are assessed against delivered/undelivered work and responsibility; calculation, amount and remaining rights are explained in writing and refunds use the original payment method.
6. Records and support
We record requests, pre-review results, changed terms, your consent version, operator approval and delivery. Retention/deletion follow the Web privacy notice. Consultations, cancellation and refunds: yseedu@naver.com.
