Using Microsoft Office Materials as a Quiz: Excel CSV and Word Text Utilization
This is a method for reviewing the questions and answers organized in Microsoft Office by transferring them to Quiz Notebook. Excel tables use CSV and TXT, and for Word texts, select and use the necessary content yourself.
Starting in my classroom→Turn Excel's Q&A Table into a Deck
- In the first row
question, answer, if necessaryexplanationCreate a column. Write one question per line. - In Save File → Other Name, select CSV UTF-8 or tab-separated TXT. The menu and supported formats may vary depending on the version of Excel you are using.
- My Study RoomImport the file, check the number of questions, Korean characters, and answers, then save it to a new deck.
CSV· TXT moves the value center of the current sheet. Other sheets, cell formatting, charts, or inset figures are not sent together. Please preserve the original workbook.
Choosing Questions and Answers You Need in Word Writing
Select the scope you want to review in your Word document and copy it into the Q&A input field in My Study Room. Articles saved in regular TXT can be read as candidate answers for the question you planned to import. If you organize multiple questions into a Q&A table in Excel, it's easier to check.
This guide does not provide full conversion of .docx documents or links to Microsoft accounts. Materials requiring figures, annotations, or table placement should be kept together with the original documents.
Reorganizing the decks you studied into tables
In My Learning Room, under 'Export Current Deck File,' you can select CSV or TXT to convert questions, answers, and explanations into table format. When reading CSV in Excel, check the column format so that the ID number, date, and prefix zero do not change. The qn_format and metadata columns of exported files are for re-importing, so it's best to keep them.
